Welcome to BEYOND. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our classes, services, website, digital platforms and studio facilities. By creating an account, purchasing credits, booking a class, or entering the studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you have any questions, please email hello@beyond.fitness.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
"BEYOND", "we", "our" or "us" refers to BEYOND Fitness London Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16776638), with registered office at Flat 1, 17 Abingdon Road, London, W8 6AH, and studio at 45 Berners Street, London, W1T 3NB.
"You" refers to any client, guest, account holder or studio visitor.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email and/or via our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. HEALTH & SAFETY
2.1 Readiness to Train
By attending any BEYOND session, you confirm that:
You are in suitable physical condition to participate.
You have no medical condition or injury that would make high-intensity or resistance training unsafe.
You will inform your instructor of any injuries, limitations, pregnancy/postpartum status, or relevant medical conditions before class.
2.2 Medical Conditions
If you are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from injury, living with chronic pain, managing a health condition, or under the care of a medical professional, you must obtain approval from your doctor before training at BEYOND.
Our staff, agents and subcontractors are not medically qualified, so if you have any doubts about your fitness to exercise, we strongly recommend you seek advice from a qualified physician before participating. Pregnant clients must also complete our separate Prenatal Waiver.
2.3 Studio Rules
To maintain safety:
Follow instructor cues at all times.
Grip socks are required for every class (for safety and hygiene). These are available for purchase at the studio.
No late entry beyond the grace period (Section 7).
Do not attend class under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
BEYOND may refuse participation if safety is compromised or you appear unfit to train.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing period in which your notice period ends. Once payment has been taken for a billing period, no refund will be issued for the unused portion.
Cancellation during Minimum Term:
You may not cancel during the Minimum Term except where: (a) you have a documented medical reason supported by a letter from a qualified healthcare professional confirming you are unable to exercise; (b) you permanently relocate outside Greater London, with proof of address; or (c) you exercise your 14-day consumer cancellation right under Section 13.
Failed Payments:
If payment is unsuccessful on the billing date, we will retry the payment 24 hours later, and again at 72 hours if unsuccessful. After this, bookings may be cancelled and your membership may be suspended or terminated. You remain liable for any outstanding amounts.
4. WAITLIST POLICY
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist via the app or website.
If a spot becomes available more than 2 hours before class, you will be automatically added and notified by email/push notification.

Once added from the waitlist (automatic or manual), your booking is treated as confirmed and all cancellation/no-show rules apply.
If you no longer wish to attend, remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours before class to avoid penalties.
If you do not get a spot, your credit remains in your account for future use.
